Michael Zipprich - President.
Zipprich has a wide range of business expertise including real estate development, home building and farming operations. Over the last two years Zipprich has invested in the energy belt areas of Midland/Greenwood and Lake Charles, Louisiana, along with an 11,400 acre acquisition in Pinal Country, Arizona. He has a unique trait of being a visionary/entrepreneur while maintaining a hands-on role in day-to-day operations. With over 30 completed communities in his career, selected achievements include: The Point Tapatio, 391 condo town home units; The Point South Mountain, 105 court homes, Scottsdale Bay Club, 190 units; and Palomino Ranch, 2,400 lots.
Leo Commander- VP of Strategic Planning.
Commandeur provides over 15 years experience in the water utility industry. In 2003 he co-founded Global Water Resources, Inc., an Arizona-based regulated utilities holding company that managed 16 utilities and over $260 million in utility assets. As part of the executive management team he provided leadership in strategic planning, acquisition management, technology, regulatory and compliance management, finance, and market development. During his tenure with Global Water Resources, the utility grew from an idea to over 45,000 service connections, completed numerous acquisition and issued over $120 million in revenue bonds to finance the infrastructure and growth of its operating utilities. Commandeur implemented industry-leading technologies for meter automation, customer service, billing, finance and accounting. These systems drove significant efficiencies into the utility operations that during the down turn in the real estate market these solutions were bundled into a solution called FATHOM and sold to municipalities. Prior to Global Water, he co-founded Algonquin Water Resources of America and Visionary Solution Corporation.
Ed Borromeo - VP Operations.
Borromeo provides more than 11 years in the water utility industry. He served as GM and VP of Operations at Global Water Resources, Inc., an Arizona-based regulated utilities holding company that managed 16 utilities and over $260 million in utility assets across 600 sq. miles of territory. In his role, he was directly responsible for operations and maintenance, capital projects, customer relations, and regulatory compliance in addition to providing executive oversight of all aspects of day-to-day business. During his tenure, he converted a small utility into a large operations center and water education campus. The company was recognized as "the most technologically sophisticated in the US” among water utilities by the National Association of Clean Water Agencies for implementing cutting edge technologies which reduced power usage by 45%, labor by 65%, and maintenance by 90% compared to sector peers. Borromeo was also a Captain in the United States Air Force. Served as Command Executive Officer and Chief of Special Projects; Chief of Construction, maintenance, and repair of public works systems/infrastructure; Readiness and disaster response expert; and Environmental compliance program manager.
Charlie Lindgren - Chief Financial Officer.
Lindgren provides 32 years experience in accounting, finance, banking and real estate development. In his early career he worked as a Federal Bank Examiner with the Department of Treasury completing safety and soundness exams. Thereafter he spent 15 years with two banks, underwriting/originating commercial real estate plus serving as EVP/Chief Credit Officer and board member. In 2004 he became Chief Operating Officer of Saxa, Inc., a mid-sized real estate development and brokerage firm in Scottsdale, AZ. During his tenure the company received several awards from the Phoenix National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including developer of the year (2005) and three office buildings of the year (2005, 2006 and 2008). Since 2011 he has worked on a wide variety of commercial development projects located in Phoenix, Midland/Greenwood and Lake Charles, Louisiana, with an emphasis on financial underwriting and entity governance.
